April 16

This is the view from my front door this morning.


There was a good turn out of volunteers to help lay sandbags at the bridge this afternoon. With 25 people we were done in less than half an hour.

  2. Hate to say it but according to the flow at both Oslo and Drayton on the crest, the crest in Pembina should be about 53.2. That has nothing to do with the simultaneous crest on the Pembina River which should hit Pembina at the same time as the crest on the Red.
    Very curious that Emerson is still talking about 52.
    What a guessing game this is.
